At Will to Power Games, our team has been passionate about role-playing games since the days of staple-bound books and lead figurines. We love everything from the joy of creation to the thrill of discovery, and the real-life social bonding that ensues in the process
We know that Game Masters are the force behind any successful role-playing campaign, and we've gone out of our way to make running a campaign in the Will to Power universe as easy as possible. Our software reduces prep time and tracks campaign progress, leaving GMs to GM.
Players can't play any game without a little help. Our Player's Workshop helps players get from zero to hero in just a few minutes. Choose your strain, archetype, adjust some stats, and select your starting powers. Boom, you're ready to play.
From the Will to Power application, players and create and customize a new character in less than a minute, whether on a phone, tablet, or PC. Once created, they can add their character to a Game Master's campaign.
No math. No pillars of complicated rules.
Game Masters who love rules will not be disappointed. The Game Master Resources tool provides tools for managing campaigns, players, adventure progress, NPC and faction progressions, and even game scheduling.
Also included is a built-in, ready-to-play world with over 300 settlements across 20 countries.
We are passionate board game enthusiasts who decided to start Will to Power Games to share our love of board games with others. Our goal is to create a community of gamers who can come together to enjoy their favorite games and discover new ones.
There are twelve playable humanoid strains in the Will to Power universe. Each of those strains is divided into various substrains; 49 in total! Each substrain originates in a different part of Otan, and each strain has unique cultural variations. This provides players with many hooks and cues to hone their role-playing skills.
Every cultural landscape provides advantages and disadvantages to players during gameplay. Every character substrain is unique to the point where it may provide a player with special powers unavailable to others, making their character even more unique.
The nature of adventure role-playing demands a "role" which is usually supplied by some sort of profession or set of skills. In the Will to Power Role Playing Game, these skills are called Powers, and the Powers are assigned to Archetypes.
There are 12 Archetypes currently in the game. Each Archetype can be mastered by any one of the 49 substrains, for a total of 588 unique combinations.
While many of these Archtypes may look familiar from other games, they are new to the gaming world, while the unfamiliar ones are in a league of their own.
Most splash pages in the Game Master Resource application are searchable, with easy-to-recognize cards; one for every single thing in the game, from people to places to things. Game Masters should never get stuck looking for information, rules, or lore.
Search pages expand to include personally developed content, including players in campaigns, campaign information, home-brewed items, NPCs, settlements, locations, powers, creatures, and nearly anything else in the game.
Homebrew to your heart's content!. Make the game your own. As a Game Master, you can run your game completely out of the box. We've preloaded the game with exhaustive lists of NPCs, loot, locations, and creatures ready to run.
Don't see exactly what you hoped to find? Change it! Nearly every aspect of the game is editable by Game Masters. Modify one of our pre-existing game elements or create your own from scratch.
You tell your players that an old man is crossing the street in front of them. Your players ask, "What's your name, stranger?" You didn't prepare a name for the old wanderer, and you're on the spot! Has this happened to you?
The Game Master Resources page features random generators for names, countries, cities, creatures... you name it. If you've created your own homebrew, it gets added to the random generator. True randomness is never lost. Never be stuck for a name again!

Players and GMs alike may be overwhelmed by the rules of a new game. We're creating both text and video narratives to help people to understand the nature of every aspect of the game, from the cultures of the various people populating the game setting to tips on how to run combat sessions.
Videos will come in a few different formats.
All this to get players playing and Game Masters gaming at the click of a few "Play" buttons.
